Deli Serve Over Assistants

We are looking for a number of serve over assistants in our key serve over areas. This area comprises a number of different product offers including Delicatessen (Cheeses, Dried Meats, Antipasto),Butchery and Seafood. . Ideally you will have proven customer service skills. This may come from a variety of retail industries. It would be great if you have some knowledge with the products (which otherwise we can train you on). You will have experience inspiring your team on being simply the best in all service facets. You have passion for working with customers and can prove you deliver the best shopping experience.



Senior Butchers

We are looking for experienced butchers for our highly successful Black Rock Butcheries. You will have a track record in retail butchery with proven knife skills in dealing with top end cuts. Additionally you will be called upon to help customers to ensure your product delivers its best on the plate. You are a team player who wants to be part of our leading edge Butchery. You should have a minimum of 2 years experience as a qualified butcher.



Produce (Fruit and Vege) Manager

You will work in with our senior produce buyer to ensure you meet your specific customer needs, but will still have significant autonomy. A proven track record in a large fruit and vegetable retail business with superior customer service skills is a must. Your ability to inspire your team will set you apart from others. You will have a discerning eye for merchandising excellence and strive to deliver the best shopping experience. You should have a minimum of 3 years experience and have proven experience in staff management.

The ideal candidate will likely have a minimum of 12 months experience working in a produce environment.



Barista (full time, part time)

We are looking for a number of top flight Baristas. While you will have excellent credentials in coffee making, it is likely you will have good consumer service skills to assist in the selling of other lines such as coffee beans and tea as well as hot beverage accessories. It is of benefit if you have food knowledge. A proven track record making large volumes of coffee is sought. You will be a team player and will at times be required to assist with other duties in the Serve over Deli environment. You should have a minimum of 3 years experience as a large coffee volume Barista.



Check Out Supervisor (full time, part time)

Warehouse Manager

Nosh is a fast growing food retail business. As part of this growth we require an experienced Warehouse Manager based out of our Glen Innes store.

The role handles all facets of inventory management including inwards, outwards and inter-store stock movements.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing other warehouse staff and have good computer skills to support the significant paperwork this roles encounters.

You will also have strong process skills as well as good lateral thinking to deal with the variety of tasks this role facilities. This is a hands on role so you will need to be physically fit.

A minimum experience of 5 years in a fast moving consumer warehouse role is a mandatory, ideally muc of this time will be in a senior capacity. Weekend work may be required. It is ideal if you have a Class 2 HT license and/ or a forklift license.

Payroll Officer – Nosh Food Market

This is a new position created within the finance team to support our rapidly growing business. The primary purpose of the position is to maintain the accuracy of master data across the business and develop processes to correctly report sales, cost of sales and stock values.

Key activities:
  • Manage master data within all systems
  • Reporting Sales to Management on a Daily, Weekly and Monthly Basis
  • Manage Weekly Promotional Program ensuring promotional pricing achieves company objectives
  • Support development and refine reporting groups within the NOSH
  • Analyse Costs per POS compared to General Ledger
  • Support the development and maintain reporting process for Waste and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Manage Stock Takes and capture of data to ensure stock is complete, accurate and correctly valued.

Essential Skills:
  • Tertiary Qualification
  • Advanced Excel Skills
  • Analytical Skills
  • Time Management Skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Highly proficient English communication skills – both verbal and written

Desirable Skills:
